Thank you for choosing DivFitt for your fitness journey. We strive to provide top-quality training, resources, and support. If you’re not fully satisfied with your experience, please review our refund policy below.

1. Digital Products (e.g., Programs, Guides, Videos)

All purchases of downloadable or streamed fitness programs, ebooks, or other digital content are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the content has been delivered.

2. Online Coaching / Training Programs

For monthly or subscription-based online coaching:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your coaching experience within the first 7 days of your first month, we’ll offer a full refund—no questions asked.

  • After 7 Days: Refunds will not be issued for that billing cycle, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

Note: Any refund will void access to any resources, plans, or community features included with the program.

3. Live Virtual Classes or Mobile Sessions

  • Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice: Eligible for full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours Notice: Non-refundable. Exceptions made for emergencies at our discretion.

  • No-Shows: Non-refundable.

4. Memberships / Subscriptions

  • Recurring payments will continue until canceled.

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

  • No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

5. Workshops, Events, and Challenges

  • Cancellations 7+ days before event start: Full refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund or credit toward a future event.

  • No-Shows: Non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [support@[yourdomain].com] with your name, order number, and reason for the request. We’ll review and respond within 3 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and your account may be suspended.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
